We bring you a unique experience featuring live musicians during the yoga class, followed by an optional guided meditation.This special event will be held at Mai House Studio, a welcoming community space in the heart of the Lower East Side. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to be inclusive for all. Come discover the power of self-discovery and celebrate the essence of Spring with us.
Bring your own mat, as we have limited mats available at the studio.
